ACTIVE MEDITATION - with Natalya Skjelmose
This class is for anyone who wishes to explore a different way of meditating.
Active Meditations are a guided sequence of shaking, movements, free dance, breathwork & various forms of vocal expressions.
Each stage is accompanied by music and designed to access certain layers within us, to explore & move through different parts of ourselves to create new space.
By consciously expressing, experiencing & releasing 'stuckness', anxiety, stress etc. we can bring harmony back to the body.
There is no prior experience needed, the class is fully guided.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Natalya Skjelmose: "In my daily life I work as a de-armoring practitioner & trauma bodyworker. Exploring our shared 'humanness’ & holding space for people to transform is something I am deeply passionate about. For the 10 years I was working in the corporate world I struggled with feeling disembodied, ungrounded & stuck in my mind. A major shift in my life in 2022 pushed me to deepen my practice of embodied living. Whether with clients or creating classes I strive to create safety to allow ourselves to open to feeling: to move through & embody all that comes up so we can live a fuller more alive life. Come join me on that exploration together!"
