Plant Based Turkish Dinner
You are hereby invited to our next Plant Based Turkish Dinners on October 2nd and November 13th, led by our chef, Ebrar!

Check out the menu below (4 dishes - 375 kr./person). Tickets are available through Jungle's website! https://thejunglelist.com/

Main Dish:
Fellah Köftesi- Small bulgur balls simmered in a garlicky tomato sauce, finished with fresh parsley and pomegranate seeds. A classic vegan dish from Southern Anatolia.

Mezes:
Köz Patlıcan - Roasted eggplants, blended with olive oil, lemon, and garlic for a smoky, refreshing appetizer.

Pancar Tarator - Vibrant beets with garlic, and lemon – creamy, colorful, and rich in flavor.

Dessert:
Revani- Traditional semolina cake soaked in a light citrus syrup. Topped with candied oranges.

Extra:
Turkish Coffee
Finely ground coffee slowly brewed in a small pot, served with a rich foam, Turkish Delight.
Optionally sweetened to taste.
