Join us for a three-hour workshop where we explore dynamics in the couple through elasticity and anchoring.
We’ll introduce movement examples to experience these sensations, and then help you incorporate them into your dance repertoire to make it more dynamic and fun!
The main purpose is to provide a tool for enhancing the couple dynamics in the dance with the help of the elasticity and anchoring.
As a side benefit, you may also strengthen your lower back and develop a stronger connection to the ground! 💪
