Developing our Self Healing Potential | WORKSHOP

We all have the potential for self-healing, but how can we unfold it?

We seem to have lost the knowledge of this. We eat the wrong things, or we eat the right things at the wrong time – either at the wrong time of the day or in the wrong season. We eat too much or too little, we move too little or too excessively.

On the mental level, it is our negative emotions that are a burden to our health. Our everyday life is marked by worries, fears, stress and expectations. If we leave too much room for these negative emotions and energies, they can make us sick.

In this workshop, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will share with us simple methods from the rich wisdom of Tibetan medicine and the Tantrayana tradition that can help us to develop our self-healing potential and to reach mental and physical health with the support of the power of our mind and our thoughts.
