In this 2 hours workshop we will focus on releasing energy blockage and the harmonization of the chakras through their sacred sound (Bija Mantra) and an extended gong and sound bath.
The Bija Mantras are one-syllable seed sounds that, when said aloud, activate the energy of the chakras in order to purify and balance the mind and body. When you speak the bija mantras, you resonate with the energy of the associated chakra, helping you focus upon your own instinctive awareness of your body and its needs.
Relax and immerse yourself into the beautiful sounds of singing bowls, the ocean drum, the ancient gong, and a variety of percussion instruments… – Taking you on an journey into yourself.
What to bring?
Please bring a pen, journal/diary and a bottle of water.
The Gong
The vibration of the gong is a powerful method for reducing stress, and it creates an ocean of sound that is profoundly relaxing and induces a holistic resonance in the body and a spontaneous meditative state in the mind, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and wholeness.
