🔥 Tuesday Trail Run – Woodlot + Heat Warning Edition! 🔥

We’re heading back to the Woodlot this Tuesday for a flowy, shaded loop — but heads up: there’s a heat warning in effect through the evening.

Please come hydrated, pace yourself, and take breaks as needed. We’ll keep the distance around our usual ~7km, but with the heat in mind.

🕕 6:00 PM start
📍 Meet at the back of the Costco parking lot (near Home Depot)
🥤 Hydrate well before the run!

And as always — we’ll be hitting the pub afterwards to cool down and refresh with cold drinks and good company.
