Weekly Sunday classes where we use tools such as transformational breathwork, & meditation to balance the Chakras’s, feminine/masculine energy within us, & unlock trapped emotions and tips on how to create the mindset you desire to go after your goals and live as your authentic self everyday!

For ALL: If you suffer with chronic mental health disorders, PTSD, or Trauma. If you are dreamers, healers, seekers, beginners, experienced, Men, Women, 2SLGBTQIA, and everyone in between. Then this is a safe space for you to ground, grow, transform, and see the true potential within yourself to succeed in every area of your life!
