Tea Set Workshop (2 Day Pottery Experience)

Make Your Own Tea Ware: A 2 Day Workshop with Sheryl Ebon Martinez

6pm - 8pm on Friday June 20th

5pm - 8pm on Saturday June 21st

8 participant capacity, 16yo+

Learn an ancient form of pinched ceramics and how to prepare matcha or loose leaf tea. Expect a demo on the pinch method of making a tea bowl (Day 1), teapot and cups (Day 2) by a certified Tea Sommelier and ceramicist Sheryl Ebon Martinez. Sheryl will also demonstrate the proper way to prepare matcha and chinese loose leaf teas based on millennia of tea tradition and culture. Tea will be served!
