Open Farm Day - August 9th

OPEN FARM DAY
Saturday, August 9th
11am to 2pm – RAIN OR SHINE
Everything is PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN so everyone can participate in our local food system!

11:30AM DOWSING 101: Join practitioner Silvana Castillo as she shows you how to dowse and applications for dowsing in agriculture & reforestation. Bring your own dowsing tools if you have them!

1:00PM WILD PLANTS: Silvana Castillo helps us explore the value of wild plants from eating and using them, to collecting seeds and fun facts

JUST FOR THE KIDS:
Make Zucchini Trumpets & Grass Whistles
Scavenger hunt
Meet our resident chickens & ducks

FARM STAND:
We will have Green & yellow beans U-PICK, carrots, chard, onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, summer squash, cucumber, eggplant, basil, cut flowers and more
