Her Time: A Soulful Evening for Women

This is Her Time...this is your time, time to soften, to breathe, and to return to yourself.

Join us for a heart-centered women’s circle where you’ll be gently guided through journaling, a nourishing meditation, and tender movement led by yoga guide Lynley Mannell.

Come exactly as you are. Share if it calls you, or simply rest in the presence of sisterhood. Your being here is enough.

Reflection. Stillness. Movement. Remembering. Bring a journal and a yoga mat (maybe a blanket), wear something cozy and pack a tea and your favorite crystal.
