Beginner Yoga 6 Weeks

Stretch and move! Your body will thank you! Sign up for a 6-week Beginner Yoga Series! Choose one weekly class: MON 7:30pm, TUES 7:30pm, WED 7:30pm, THURS 5:00pm, FRI 11:30, SAT 10:30, or SUN 2:00. One hour of stretching, moving, and feeling great. Begins the week of Sept 15th. Learn classic poses and how to use fun props in Iyengar Yoga.
