AcroYoga Workshop

AcroYoga, it's a hybrid of partner yoga, dance, cheer, and gymnastics.
Come out to this 90 min. workshop with Joseph (@thebendybase). This workshop is going to teach the foundational work needed for AcroYoga.

If it's your first time or you have been practicing for a long time there is something for you in this workshop. Joseph and Leah will be teaching an entry level flow that will be achievable for everyone while also giving lots of indepth insights into building a better foundation for those who already have an AcroYoga practice.

Joseph has been practicing for over 11 years and has taught AcroYoga throughout Canada and has also taught workshops in Florida, his attention to detail and understanding of movement allows him to teach to all levels and give insightful feed back.
