From Garden to Grill:
A Late Summer Cooking Class
You've been planting and farmers market hopping all summer long. Now it's time to reap the benefits with a veggie-centric recipe that starts with sparking up the grill. Join acclaimed chef Joy Crump of Fredericksburg's FOODE + Mercantile and
718 Venue to learn how to craft a vibrant, delicious menu of grilled cabbage and cowboy potatoes with sweet corn hummus and charred tomato vinaigrette.
For the Plant-luck:
Please bring your favorite Whole Food Plant Based dish to enjoy and share! (Oil-Free is encouraged)
Please be prepared to share your ingredients for those with allergies and sensitivities. Recipe sharing is highly encouraged!
Zero Waste Event:
Please bring your own plates, utensils, napkins and beverage, as these will not be provided.
