FREE Sparring Seminar @ Muhammad's FXBG

After the success of our previous sparring seminar, we're thrilled to announce that we will now host a monthly sparring seminar at Muhammad's FXBG (located in the Ferry Farm Shopping Center next to Vinny's in Fredericksburg)! This event is completely FREE and open to all our students, regardless of experience level.

Who Can Join?
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned sparring veteran, this seminar is designed for everyone. Each session promises to offer new insights and techniques, ensuring that all participants leave with enhanced skills and knowledge.

What to Bring:
To make the most of your seminar experience, please bring the following:
Any sparring gear you may have
A positive attitude
An eagerness to learn
