18th Annual Conquer Chiari Walk Across America

This is the 18th Annual CCWAA Nationwide, and just a few years "back in the running" for the Fredericksburg area.

This annual event is being held to promote Awareness & Education of what Chiari is, what's being done, who's affected, and so much more. This is also taking place to raise funds to further assist these efforts.
