Adversity in childhood can have lasting effects on our mental and physical wellbeing. Join us to learn more about this toxic stress, it's impact on brain development, and what we can do to foster greater individual and community resilience.

This training is appropriate for parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, coaches, mentors, faith leaders, neighbors - anyone who was a child or knows a child.

This free training is made possible through the collaboration of the following Community Services Boards: Horizon Behavioral Health; Rappahannock Area CSB; Rockbridge Community Services; and Valley CSB.
