THE WELL WOMEN’S EDIT: CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

Join us Saturday, March 7th at Toned Studio Downtown Frederick as we celebrate International Women’s Day with a feel-good morning of movement, community, and women-owned small businesses.

While classes are in session, we’ll be hosting an incredible lineup of vendors for you to shop, sip, and support between (or after) your workout.
