Julie will be continuing to teach us QiGong! Her class is called “Ageless Mobility” and focuses on bringing suppleness to every joint in your body!
Here’s a few notes about it:
✨QiGong is similar to TaiChi, but not the same thing.
✨You can pretty much wear whatever you want, so long as you are comfortable to bend, shake and relax!
✨Shoes, socks and bare feet are all fine! You'll find all of the above in a typical class.
✨While the moves are very simple, it’s still a new skillset to learn, which means a beginner’s mindset is a must! Stay open to the experience and I know you’ll love it!
The whole class is very engaging, fun to do and even more gentle than my beginner’s yoga class. This is great for any age and any fitness level. (I’ve done yoga for years and I felt like it opened up my joints in new and gentle ways!)
Class is every Saturday at 10am and typically lasts about 45 minutes.
Please join us, we would love to have you! Cost is $12 per class or you can commit to all 5 Saturdays and pay just $50 for the whole series.
We accept cash, checks, Venmo and CashApp. If you’d like to pay via credit card online, I can send you a payment link as well.
