Winter is for hibernation, but Spring is for waking up. If you’ve been feeling sluggish, stiff, or just mentally cluttered, this is your invitation to shake it off.
Join us for a special 2.5-hour immersion designed to clear the winter cobwebs and get your energy moving again. This isn’t a retreat—think of it as an "extended edition" of your favorite yoga practice, with extra time devoted to the things we usually rush: deep breathing, journaling, and genuine connection.
✨What to Expect:
-Connection (11:00am): Arrive and settle in with a cup of warm lemon-ginger detox tea. No rushing, just time to land and chat with other local women.
-Mindset (11:20am): Guided journaling to dump the mental "to-do" lists and set a fresh intention for the season.
-Breath (11:45am): A 20-minute guided breathwork session. We usually only get 5 minutes in class—this extended session is a game-changer for reducing stress and boosting oxygen.
-Movement (12:05am): A "Spring Cleaning" Yoga Flow designed to twist, stretch, and wake up the body. Accessible for all levels.
-Integration: We wrap up by 1:30pm, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and ready to enjoy your weekend.
