Have you ever wanted a behind-the-scenes look at the ice cream making process? Now’s your chance to find out!

At this 2nd Annual Ice Cream Lab, we’re letting you in on our South Mountain Creamery trade secrets.

Our resident ice cream expert, CEO, and co-owner, Tony Brusco, will be leading you through a blind taste test and sensory evaluation with a curated ice cream flight.

You’ll learn how recipes are created, the importance of pasteurization, and how SMC develops their very own flavors. And of course, have the chance to try exclusive, experimental flavors!
