We’ll kick things off with a casual meet-and-greet at McClintock Distilling, then make our way to Fire & Oak for drinks, food, and a little friendly competition. The night wraps up at Brewer’s Alley, where guests can enjoy great eats, last drinks, and final conversations.

Along the way, participate in lighthearted Instagram challenges to compete for fun prizes—all while building genuine connections. Info: We’re kicking things off at McClintock Distilling with a relaxed meet-and-greet to get the night started right. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a wristband and two drink tickets—your official pass to sip, mingle, and crawl in style.


Grab a cocktail, meet fellow real estate pros, and spend some quality time with the Chalet Crew as everyone settles in. We’ll go over the bar crawl challenge, explain how to earn a prizes!, and set the tone for a fun, easygoing evening ahead.

Info: Our second stop brings the fun to Fire & Oak, one of Frederick’s newest spots and the perfect place to keep the momentum going. When you arrive, head to the second door to the right of the main entrance—just show your wristband and you’ll receive two more drink tickets to fuel the next round. Once inside, guests are welcome to order food, grab a drink, and settle in for more great conversations with fellow agents and the Chalet Crew. This stop is all about relaxing, refueling, and turning casual chats into real connections.
