Cooking with love

�� We just wrapped up a beautiful cooking class at Motherland Kitchen in Frederick, MD! We had 4 amazing participants eager to learn, and they left happy �, armed with new cooking tips � and plenty of goodies to take home �.

�� We cooked Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken Stew, Chicken Peanut Butter Stew, Coco Mushroom–Tofu Stew (vegan), and Mixed Stewed Veggies (vegan)—flavor-packed and absolutely delicious ��.

� February is the month of love, and our next cooking class will be on Valentine’s Day, February 14th �. We’d be delighted to have you and your loved one join us � or come solo and enjoy food made with love �.
