Are you ready to release tension, calm your mind, and find a greater sense of balance in your daily life? Join us for **5 Weeks to Feeling Centered**, a yoga series designed to help you connect with your body and quiet the noise.
This series is perfect for all levels, especially those who are brand new to yoga or looking to revisit the foundations. Over five weeks, we will move through gentle practices aimed at releasing pain and tension stored in the mind and body. Our focus will be on increasing fluidity, improving balance, building foundational strength, and enhancing flexibility in a supportive, welcoming environment.
**What to expect in each class:**
Each session will begin with intentional breathwork (pranayama) to calm the nervous system, flow into gentle and mindful movement, and end with a blissful, meditative rest (Shavasana) to integrate the benefits of your practice.
Committing to this 5-week journey is an invitation to witness your own transformation. We encourage you to attend all five classes to truly notice the powerful internal and external shifts that can occur when you dedicate this time to yourself.
