Pre & Post Natal Yoga

We know that sometimes it's hard to take time out of your day to make time for your Yoga practice. Now we're offering the option to practice with us at home! Grab your Yoga mat, some pillows and blankets and join Yogamour on your tablet or laptop.

Led by experienced instructor, Erica Chesnik, this class offers gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques that promote relaxation and strength during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Connect with other mothers in a supportive and welcoming environment as you learn poses specifically designed to alleviate common discomforts and enhance your overall well-being. Whether you're preparing for childbirth or finding balance after delivery, this class provides a space to nurture both your body and mind on your journey through motherhood.
