In today's competitive marketplace, the traditional sales playbook is becoming less effective as customers demand not just products, but meaningful interactions. Service: The New Sales Standard is an immersive workshop designed to transform your approach to sales by focusing on service as the primary driver of success. In this session, we will explore the evolving landscape of customer relationships where genuine service leads to sustainable sales outcomes.
As a result of this workshop, participants will be equipped to:
• Grasp why traditional sales fail in today's informed market and how a service-oriented approach meets modern customer expectations
• Effectively interact with both the intuitive and rational decision-making processes of customers
• Identify low value and high value words in a sales interaction and when to use them
• Build genuine connections, instead of superficial rapport, transforming sales interactions into opportunities to acknowledge customers’ victories and challenges
