This class is open to everyone—no experience needed. Please bring a blanket or sweater so you can stay warm and comfortable. Together we’ll:

🌬️ Explore calming breathwork
🤸‍♀️ Move through gentle yoga
🎶 End with a soothing sound-based relaxation

Class is donation-based (suggested $5–$10).
