Annual Penny Sale for Kids - Franklin Baptist Church

This fun annual event has become a tradition for many. Your children are invited to come and shop for people in their family, for one penny per gift. You are invited to join us at 9 o’clock upstairs in the church, where children will be greeted and given tags to fill out for people they wish to buy for. They will have opportunity to have a treat and hear the Christmas story while they wait for their turn to shop. As you visit with friends and neighbors, we have helpers who will take your child downstairs to shop, and volunteers who will wrap the gifts your child has chosen for you and others in your family. Then they will join you back upstairs, with smiles on their faces and treasures in their bags. What a blessing it is for us to help a child experience the joy of giving!
