Weekly Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an excellent way to improve muscular strength, flexibility, and overall fitness!

The Franklin Grove Public Library will be hosting FREE Tai Chi classes twice weekly!* Classes will take place Mondays and Wednesdays from 2-3PM!
