Join this Improv workshop for an afternoon filled with fun and laughter. Meet new people and open yourself to new challenges.
WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ALL ABOUT?
You have the opportunity to learn the basic principles of improvisational theatre, to experience various improv games and exercises that support your creativity, spontaneity and skills to cope with unexpected situations.
HOW DOES THE WORKSHOP LOOK LIKE?
You don't need any acting/stage experience to join us. There will be a very fun warming up at the beginning of the workshop, that will get us in the mood for the main part which is consisted of various games and scenes that will improve our verbal skills (storytelling, character development, supporting your partner, coming up with ideas and offers…) and non-verbal skills (working with objects and environment, expressing emotions and attitudes with our bodies).
And keep in mind that if you join the session, it’s not about being funny, original or good. It’s just about having fun with others, “risking and failing” and being cool with it. No need to speak good English neither or participate in every exercise. So no pressure ;).
