Capital City Activity Center Seniors Shine 3K Run/Walk

Family Friendly Run/Walk 3k perfect for all age groups. Free race for the little kids. Proceeds benefit Frankfort's community senior citizen center. We are a daytime social center that provides entertainment, educational, nutrition and fitness programs for age 60+. We serve a hot lunch every day at 11:30 for members. Membership is free. We have a greenhouse and an exercise room with 2 treadmills, nustep, light weights.

The race is on September 13th at 8:30am. $35 Packet pick up is at 7:30am. Prizes for each age group. Gorgeous race route. Tshirt is included until August 28th.
