Join Janine and Kelsey for a powerful collaborative experience designed to help you align with your higher self and create the life you desire.

🌬️ Janine will guide you through a transformational breathwork journey, opening space for release, clarity, and empowerment.🤲 Kelsey will move through the room offering Reiki healing for those who wish to receive, bringing balance and calm to your energy field.🎶 To close, Kelsey will offer a mini sound healing, while Janine leads you through guided journaling prompts to integrate emotions and insights that surfaced.
