MissionFest will take place in the St. Lorenz Churchgrove on Sunday, August 24th! This special event is a joyful opportunity to reflect on our legacy and look ahead with hope.
Weekend worship services will follow the theme: “St. Lorenz: Past, Present, and Future”. We’re blessed to welcome Pastor Bill Hoesman, Pastor Mark Brandt, and Pastor Brad Hubbard as they share messages throughout the weekend.
MissionFest is a chance for our congregation and community to explore and celebrate the local, national, and international missions supported by St. Lorenz. Come and enjoy:
- A delicious chicken barbecue meal ($13 per plate) dine-in or drive-thru
- Bratwursts and hot dogs available a la carte
- Children’s games, inflatables, and hands-on mission activities
- Displays and booths from various mission partners
Leading up to the event, we invite everyone to participate in Blessing Bag collection—gathering essential items for local families in need through our partnership with Wellspring Lutheran Services. It’s a tangible way to bless others and live out our faith. See the reverse side for more information.
