Whether you're brand-new to the art of meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, this series builds a solid foundation and will further broaden and deepen your knowledge and relationship to the practice of Meditation/Mindfulness.
Guided by Tsering's decades of Tibetan Buddhist wisdom and his down-to-earth interfaith chaplaincy experience, you'll explore practical mindfulness tools.
Sessions will be held in Edwards Hall.

Tsering Ngodup Yodsampa is a Tibetan Buddhist teacher and interfaith chaplain with decades of experience in meditation, mindfulness, and compassionate care. His teaching blends ancient wisdom with modern methods to help you carry calm and clarity from your cushion into your everyday life.
