Spectacular Sunday Night Series: Renew Body Sequence Yoga Class

Join us at Mystic Fitness with Bonnie Dellerose for a dance-based vinyasa class to support The Sparrow Collective. The Sparrow Collective is building the first supportive living community in Massachusetts designed specifically for women and their children transitioning through divorce. The program is more than temporary housing—it’s a place for healing, empowerment, and transformation. Sparrow helps women regain their independence and thrive. All funds from this class will go directly towards building these housing and support services locally. We will move to empowering music and reach our sisters with The Power of Pink! No yoga or dance experience necessary. All ages, all levels. 75 minutes. Unheated, but room may feel warm. Please bring your mat, towel, and a bottle of water. Please pre-register. This is a fundraiser, so online pre-registration is free, but a cash donation for the Sparrow Collective would be appreciated.
