FREE Mala Meditation Meetup

Join us for a special Free Community Mala Meditation Meetup on Sunday, June 29th, from 5:00-5:45/6:00 PM.

Hosted by Samela St. Pierre, this gathering will be a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and meditate together.

Event Highlights:

History of Mala Bead Necklaces: Discover the origins and significance of mala beads in meditation.

How to Meditate with Mala Beads: Learn the techniques and benefits of using mala beads in your practice.

Importance of Affirmations and Repetition: Understand how affirmations and repetition can enhance your meditation.

Group Meditation: Participate in a collective meditation session .

Bring your own mala bead necklace or bracelet, or borrow one from Samela and Ebonique.

Tea and light refreshments will be served.

Come and experience the power of community and meditation. All are welcome!
