Hike & Flow at Amnicon Falls State Park

Hike & Flow at Amnicon Falls State Park.

This event is FREE but requires registration and a park pass. You can message to reserve your spot.

Meet at the covered bridge to group for a short hike, around 1 mile, exploring the state park. Post-hike we will have a 45 minute yoga flow in the clearing near the bridge.

Event is expected to last around 90 minutes. Bring a water, hiking shoes or tennis shoes, and yoga mat.
