You will gain the confidence and knowledge to create beautiful, bakery style sourdough at home. You will also receive a 182 year old starter to help get you started, Mindful Roots original sourdough recipe and guidance and support for life!

Items you need to bring to prep yourself for a take home sourdough boule!
• Kitchen Scale of your own that weighs in grams (if you share it may take up unnecessary time)
• flour of choice (no bleached flour, no gluten free flour and no fancy flours)
• 12 grams of salt
• mason jar
• wire whisk
• small rubber spatula
• medium sized glass bowl (not cereal bowl size) large enough for a loaf of bread
• disposable vinyl gloves 3-4 pairs
• something to cover your bowl
• your smiling game face!
