Discover the Thrill of R/C Flight: Learn from members of the Chain O Lakes Eagles RC Flying Club, an Academy of Model Aeronautics Gold Leader Club! This is the first of a two-part program. For your second session, included in the class fee, you will meet a club instructor at our flying site in Hebron, IL and fly a club trainer with the help of a club instuctor!
What’s in Store:
Day 1: Classroom ground school will cover radio systems, basic flight principles, aircraft set up and work with a flight simulator.
Day 2: During the ground school, you will schedule a day and time to meet with one of our club instructors at our flying site in Hebron, IL where you will take control of a club training airplane!.
Why Attend?: This class is a fantastic foundation for anyone interested in model aviation. Learn about radio controlled airplanes and try flying before you invest in your own equipment!
