Technical Tuesday - ADR Training Session (SUP/Kayak/Prone)

Want to get some practice before ADR Another Dam Race? Join us! Paddle as far up as you can upstream, then turn around, working up to the 5 miles we’ll see at ADR! Here are some milestone turn around points:

Beach: 1.25 miles upstream
Wall: 1.5 miles upstream
Jump Rock: 2 miles upstream
Phon D: 3 miles (a tad shorter) upstream

We’ll keep up this schedule through September. Come join our fitness paddles whether you want to race, become a stronger paddler, or just want to get in shape!
