Release & Receive - One Day Autumn Equinox "Retreat"

The Autumn Equinox is a natural time for honoring the cycles of harvesting and transition.

We'll use this day to be in nature and restore our sense of balance as we release what no longer serves us and open to what we need in this now moment. You can expect practices for mindfulness and intention setting as we explore Kinstone, including the powerful Labyrinth. Through mindful movement, meditation, workshop and ceremony in places of natural beauty we'll be set for the Autumn season.

Predicted Itinerary:
Meet 10am: snacks, opening and intention setting
Kinstone exploration (A site with modern stone made structures and walking trails)
Lunch with gratitude workshop/ceremony
Hiking (Perrot State Park or Sugar Loaf Bluff)
Closing 3:00pm: snacks and closing ceremony

Investment:
$180 per person
$50 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the spot. Balance is due August 1, 2025.
*Cancelation Policy: 50% refund, minus the deposit, if cancel by August 15. No refunds after August 15.
If the event needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule date will be offered along with 100% refund if unable to make that future reschedule date.
