Reiki is a traditional Japanese practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It works with the body’s natural energy (ki) to support relaxation, self-care, and wellbeing. Reiki can help reduce stress, restore balance, and be shared with others.
Our workshops are available as 1 full day or 2 × half-day sessions, individually or in small private groups, at times to suit you.
Level 1 – Usui Reiki Shoden (1st Degree, The Healer Level):
Self-healing techniques and hand positions
Introduction to Reiki principles and philosophy
Sharing Reiki with friends and family
Attunement to connect with Reiki energy
Level 2 – Usui Reiki Okuden (2nd Degree, The Practitioner Level):
Learn Reiki symbols for focused healing
Distance and intention-based Reiki
Deepen energy awareness and intuition
Advanced techniques and attunements
Master Teacher Level – Usui Reiki Shinpiden:
Teach and attune others to Reiki
Run workshops and guide students

About Me:
I’m Ema, an experienced Usui Reiki Master Teacher at HeartSong Normandie. I love sharing Reiki as a practical tool for self-care, relaxation, and supporting others. My teaching is personalised, ensuring each student feels confident and comfortable as they learn.
I believe healing is a journey, not a one-time event, and that compassion and collaboration are at its heart. I provide a safe, supportive space where your well-being can grow, and we discover together how Reiki can nurture and support you.
Reiki Training Workshops Include: Personalized guidance, practice time, detailed reiki manual, certificate, and refreshments.
