Australian Women in Music Awards 2025

Australian Women in Music Awards (AWMA) 2025 are coming to Meanjin/Brisbane on 8-9 October.

It’s time to celebrate and recognise the incredible achievements of female, gender diverse and First Nations artists and music practitioners across every corner of the Australian music industry at AWMA 2025.

Join us on 8 October for the Conference Program, hosted at the Queensland Multicultural Centre, with the First Nations Women’s Music Showcase taking to the stage at Brisbane’s premier music venue in the Fortitude Music Hall (The Outpost).

On October 9, AWMA’s inaugural Pre-Show Youth event and the Black Carpet event, Awards Ceremony, Concert and After Party, will feature a stellar line-up of artists and appearances at the Fortitude Music Hall.
