temperamental and cyclical patterns of crushed and degraded digital tones sit amidst a swirl of bass , blown out , recirculated and destroyed . the nature of coo transcends the hands of those that touch the setup . the nature of coo is in the setup itself , essentially playing itself using our hands as tools to release messages of unimaginable complexity , beauty and perseverance.

Un-willing (or perhaps unable) to focus on one thing, Shadowwork enlists a range of tones - from meaty and distorted, to glitchy and digital - and hard-hitting beats to create an energetic atmosphere, grappling with making meaning in a chaotic world.

LOBOTOMY GIRL

By exploiting the resonant frequencies of the nerves connecting the preferential cortex and thalamus, a way to sonically induce a lobotomy has been developed. Lobotomy Girl is the result of these studies.
