Teen Full Moon Series: A Journey Through 2025

Aug 9th, Join Brooke and the Yogi Squad for an exploration of yoga and moon phases. This workshop fuses movement and mindfulness leaving you with tools you can carry with you through the rest of your year. Please note this is a workshop for teens. Remote participation available via a Zoom link provided after registration.

August 9: Sturgeon Moon – Tapping into Intuition
Theme: Listening to your inner wisdom.
Yoga Focus: Hip-openers (Pigeon, Garland, Bound Angle Pose).
Practices: Intuition meditation; tracking mood and patterns with a journal.
Creative Energy: Create watercolor art to reflect intuitive impressions.
