Sip like a Sommelier: Sharpen Your Wine Senses

For ages 21 & up

Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by a wall of Chardonnay options? Ever randomly picked a Pinot Noir off a restaurant menu based on price point, only to wish you’d picked something different?

Spend the evening engaging with our wine experts as they demystify wines and their costs, while you sample a variety of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon options using a structured tasting method. Along the way, you’ll learn about wine characteristics, what to look for, and how to select the perfect bottle of wine for every occasion.

Demonstration/tasting. You will not be cooking in this class. For ages 21 & up.

You’ll taste:

-2 Chardonnays

-2 Pinot Noirs

-2 Cabernet Sauvignons

• Wines will be paired with a variety of light bites.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
