For ages 13 & up
Perfect your baking skills in this two hour class. You'll make a classic French dough from scratch that can be used for sweet and savory dishes; create a graham cracker crumb crust; produce a simple no-bake filling; and discover the importance of pre-baking shells. Along the way, our instructors will share a wealth of information about baking techniques and ingredients. By the end of class, you will have produced mini-lemon ice box pies and a small quiche to take with you. Add a salad and dinner is served!
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each person who attends class must purchase a ticket.
