Fort Worth Support Group Meeting

Hello everyone! I am excited to announce that I will be heading up the Fort Worth Support Group again along with the help of Connie Garza, also. a PH patient.
Our first meeting will be a short meet and greet followed by a speaker , Judy Harvey,RN, CVS Pharmacy. The topic will be Traveling with PH.
Hope you all can join please RSVP to me or Connie by September 2.
We will be in the Faxel room. Valet parking is available for $5, free with handicap placard or plates.
