This year's convention will be held at O’Leno State Park in High Springs, Florida, October 16th-19th, 2025. There will be hosted jams, dances, concerts, and workshops with special guest Bruce Molsky. A detailed schedule will be posted closer to the convention date.

You are responsible for your own food.
All O’Leno state park rules and regulations must be followed at all times.
There are no pets allowed in the cabins or park buildings.
You cannot car, tent, or RV camp in the group camping area - you must reserve your own space through the park if you wish to camp in your car, tent, or RV.
In booking a cabin or a bunk with us, you are booking it for the whole weekend (Thursday-Saturday night, check out of cabin Sunday by 10am), we are not booking individual nights. You can still reserve a cabin for the weekend even if you are arriving after Thursday.
If you do not want to reserve a full cabin, there will be one cabin of all women, and one of all men where you can book an individual bunk and share the cabin with others. There are 8 beds in a cabin.
These cabins are very rustic with limited electricity and near a shared bath house.
Cabins are not guaranteed until both the form is completed AND payment is received. Failure to send payment within one week after completing the form will result in loss of reservation.
Check in Thursday, October 16th will be from 4 - 6pm at the lodge in the group camping area. Please do not arrive at the group camping area before 4pm as you will not be able to access your cabin until then.
Cabins must be vacated by 10am Sunday, October 19th, but you are welcome to stay and enjoy the park as long as you wish.
