Grab your girlfriends and join us for a powerful and unforgettable night of self-defense, connection, and fun.

This women-only event is designed to give you the confidence, mindset, and practical skills to stay safe and in control—no matter what. Whether you're brand new to self-defense or looking to sharpen your instincts, this night is for you.

Training Topics Include:
Hair Pull Defense: Learn how to break free and counter common grabs.

Sexual Assault Prevention: Develop awareness and response tactics to stay ahead of danger.

De-escalation Training: Learn how to avoid a fight before it starts using body language and verbal strategies.

After training, stick around to unwind with wine, cupcakes, and good conversation. Feel free to bring your favorite bottle—snacks and desserts are on us!
