Spring Walking AND Running Workshop

This workshop will include a unique collaboration from local Fort Wayne Walking and Running Specialists to help improve your walking and running form along with issuing walking or running specific strengthening and mobility drills.

This workshop includes:
-A biomechanical foot and ankle assessment from Aboite Podiatry Associates
-A Walk Fit or Run Fit movement screen: slow-motion video analysis of form while on a treadmill and recommended corrections from Summit Physical Therapy
-Collaboration for a professional shoe fit with Three Rivers Running Company's Footwear Experts
